Effect:Magician shows ordinary math box and opens it and closes it.He then reverses the match box and opens it. SURPRISE!Not a single match stick falls.

Secret:The secret is very simple.Before starting the trick brake one match stick such that it fits in the match box horizantly but should not make taking out match box difficult.Now youare ready to go.
