Floating Needle on Water

THE EFFECT: Challenge your friends to balance a needle on the surface of a glass of water without it sinking. Of course they will fail and you show them how it's done!


THE SECRET: You will need a container filled with water, a piece of tissue paper and a needle.

Put the tissue paper gently on the water. Let it float. Place the needle on the tissue paper lightly. A few minutes later, the tissue paper will sink into the water.

Amazingly the needle will be left floating on the water!

It works! Well, at first it didn't. I had a lot of attempts but then when i finally got it, it was worth it because it looked really cool even my friends got shocked when they saw that the needle floated. Really cool, man. Thumbs up.

you actually dont even need the tissue but i guess the tissue makes it easier. its so cool!

it's want a Pure water
Because this is experiment to see if the water is pure or contaminated
if it is pure the needle will floting
